Hi bji Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Hi bji (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and entertainment service based in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hi bji website, mobile application, and all associated services.

Hi bji is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Hi bji may request a national ID card or other valid documentation to verify your age.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
• Hi bji is available exclusively to individuals residing in Bangladesh.

Hi bji directly supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT). Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Withdrawals are usually processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Ownership Verification: The mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must belong to the account holder. Any transaction made using a third-party number will be cancelled.
• Chargebacks Prohibited: Filing chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits is strictly prohibited. Any such action will result in account termination.

• One Account, One Bonus: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Prohibited Misuse: If bonus system abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — the account will be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

• Technical Errors: If a game result is voided due to a server or software error, the bet amount will be fully refunded.
• Live Games: Once a bet is placed in a live dealer game, it cannot be cancelled.
